The 14th Ave Townhomes are located in a rapidly growing neighborhood of Seattle that is in close proximity to multiple urban villages and cultural institutions. To support density in this lowrise zone, the project encompasses four townhomes that are organized vertically. A combination of diagonal windows, angled facade, and siding pattern design offers new architectural character to a site that is influenced by multiple surrounding communities in the midst of growth.

Making use of the steep stope at the front of the site, required parking is placed in an underground garage. The interior floors are stacked by use from public to private areas for the homeowner as one ascends. The entrance level includes storage, bath, and bedroom. The second floor offers an open-plan kitchen, dining, and living space. The upper floor is reserved for the master suite. Green roof decks individual to each unit provide views to Mt. Rainier and Downtown Seattle.
